Microland Limited and Serco AsPac, a division of Serco Group, one of the world’s largest utility providers, today announced a strategic alliance to drive digital transformation by leveraging cloud to achieve business agility and resilience. For AsPac Serco, the strategic alliance expands a more than 18-year technology supply relationship between Microland and Serco. These initiatives are aligned with Serco’s 2027 strategy to accelerate innovation in business services that can drive the next wave of growth and expansion.
As part of Serco AsPac’s 2027 strategy, Microland is helping them move out of data centers and into a cloud-based organization. Serco AsPac is promoting the use of Microsoft Azure for the transformation of its cloud and data centers.
As part of the ongoing commitment to Serco AsPac, Microland will offer end-user device management services, including continuously managed desktop services with desktop support, managed services around network and connectivity, security tools, as well as governance , risk and compliance (GRC). Microland is implementing advanced tool sets to measure and improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX), which focuses on employees’ interactions with the technology they encounter in their daily jobs.
